As the premier fitness equipment service provider in Florida, we are able to form relationships with many manufacturers who entrust us to service their products within its warranty period. Warranty items can have many lengths of coverage so as your service provider it is our responsibility to expose that information prior to quoting any necessary repairs. Some manufacturers will cover the entire unit, while others will only provide partial coverage. While parts may be covered in some cases the labor to install the parts might not be included. Although we do not provide Warranty Service for ALL manufacturers we do cover most major manufacturers.
All manufacturers require specific details or documents as proof of coverage. When contacting us for warranty repairs we will require that you provide us with equipment type, model number and most importantly equipment serial number. Along with this information, we will from time to time require the date of sale and receipt of sale. If at any time these items are not provided to us we will not be able to honor your warranty status. Once we receive the proper information and your equipment is confirmed to be under warranty coverage, we will expedite repairs and bill the proper manufacturer for the service.
